Swoogo Twig widgets (agenda, speakers, sessions)

Custom session, speaker and agenda widgets, built directly within Swoogo's native Twig templating.

What you get

What is included.

This is for event teams whose program has dozens of sessions and speakers and needs more than the default lists. It is also for teams that want a widget to match their brand or fit inside a mobile app.

We build widgets directly within Swoogo’s native Twig templating, and test them on phones.

  • Session, speaker and sponsor widgets the builder does not offer
  • Agenda views: multi-track, filterable lists, grid or calendar
  • Connected paths from sessions to speakers to details
  • Event directory and listing layouts
  • Mobile layouts, tested on a normal phone
  • A short handover note

What we did before

Case studies from real projects.

For a Swoogo partner agency, we built a connected agenda suite where sessions, speaker bios and session details form one browsing path, and a filterable grid and calendar listing with five live filters for a training-events client. We built a self-service registrant dashboard for a university group, entirely as one Swoogo theme page, a multi-track agenda with seven colour-coded tracks for a sustainability conference, and an agenda widget for a banking app, refined across three versions. We also built a ticket picker for group registration.

How it works

Four steps, in plain terms.

  1. 01

    You describe the widget

What visitors should see and do, with an example or a screenshot if you have one.

  2. 02

    We say what is possible

You hear honestly how we would build it inside Swoogo.

  3. 03

You invite us as a user

We build and test on your event.

  4. 04

You check, we adjust, we hand over

With a short note on what changed and where it lives.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can you build widgets the Swoogo builder cannot?

Often, yes. With custom JavaScript, CSS and Twig templates we can build session, speaker and sponsor widgets and layouts the builder does not offer. Tell us what you need and we will say honestly if it is possible.

Can widgets match our brand?

Yes. We style them to match your event's colours and type, or build them on top of a custom theme.

Do you need access to my Swoogo account?

Usually yes, a user with the right permissions. Please invite us as a user instead of sharing your own password.

Ready to start?

Order on the platform you already use, or write to us first. Tell us what you need and we will say what is realistic.
