The problem
This client’s sessions agenda didn’t fit any of the widget patterns already built for other accounts. It needed a bespoke build from the ground up, plus its own set of color and class definitions matching this specific client’s brand.
The approach / solution
- Built a fully bespoke sessions agenda widget tailored to this client’s own program structure.
- Defined a matching set of theme classes and colors specific to this widget, keeping its look tied directly to the client’s own brand.
- Built both pieces inside Swoogo’s own Twig templates, the same building block the platform’s page builder is limited to.
Outcome / result
The widget runs live today with its own matching theme, built specifically for this account.
Why it matters for enterprise event-tech
A private-equity client’s investor-facing event calls for an agenda widget that reads as purpose-built, not a visibly reused component with a new logo dropped on top. Defining the widget’s own theme classes and colors alongside the widget itself is what gets there.
