Swoogo registration form setup

Set up or customise the registration form, fields, logic and ticket flow.

What you get

What is included.

This is for event teams whose registration needs more than the builder offers: a form that matches the brand, checks a membership, shows a booth map, or lets an assistant register for an executive.

We build the form inside Swoogo and test it with test registrations before real attendees see it.

  • Registration forms matched to your branding and field layout
  • Conditional fields and logic that go past the builder's defaults
  • Ticket flows, including group, exhibitor and invite-only paths
  • Checks against outside systems, like a membership database, as the form loads
  • Testing with test registrations before your real attendees register
  • A short note on what changed and where it lives

What we did before

Case studies from real projects.

For a Swoogo partner agency, we built a custom registration form for a financial-services client, and a payment-method selector that adds a card fee only when the registrant chooses to pay by card. We built a registration-time check against an association’s membership database, an interactive booth map on the registration form for a trade-show client, and a dedicated exhibitor registration path with group sign-up, document uploads and booth assignment.

When the Stock Registration Form Isn't Close Enough to a Client's Own Brand

A bespoke event-registration form, matched to one financial-services client's own branding and field layout, built entirely inside Swoogo's page builder.

Cheque or Card: Pricing That Actually Reacts to the Choice

A credit-card processing fee, calculated and applied only when a registrant actually chooses to pay by card, built directly into a Swoogo registration form.

Checking Membership Status Before a Registrant Finishes Signing Up

Picking a Booth Should Be a Click, Not an Email Chain

Exhibitors pick their booth by clicking a live floor plan on the registration form itself, built directly inside Swoogo for a trade-show and logistics client.

Exhibitors Don't Register Like Everyone Else — Here's the Path We Built for Them

Group registration, document uploads, booth assignment, and paid add-ons — a dedicated exhibitor path built on one Swoogo account.

Letting an Assistant Manage an Executive's Own RSVP

A leader-to-assistant delegation pattern that lets an executive's assistant manage that executive's registration and RSVP directly on Swoogo.

One Snippet, One Job: Confirming Membership Before the Rate Applies

A membership association needed to confirm a registrant's status before applying a member rate — built as a check running directly on the Swoogo registration form.

How it works

Four steps, in plain terms.

  1. 01

    You describe the form

What should happen, with an example or a screenshot if you have one.

  2. 02

    We say what is possible

You hear honestly how we would build it inside Swoogo.

  3. 03

You invite us as a user

We build and test on your event. We never need your own password.

  4. 04

You check, we adjust, we hand over

    With a short handover note.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can you build forms the Swoogo builder cannot?

Often, yes. With custom JavaScript, CSS and Twig we can build layouts and behaviour the builder does not offer. Tell us what you need and we will say honestly if it is possible.

Can the form check something in another system?

Yes. If the other system has an API, the form can check it, for example whether someone is a current member, before it applies the member rate.

Do you need access to my Swoogo account?

Usually yes, a user with the right permissions. Please invite us as a user instead of sharing your own password.

Can you help during a live registration period?

Often, yes. Tell us the date when you message, and we will say honestly if it is too tight.

Ready to start?

Order on the platform you already use, or write to us first. Tell us what you need and we will say what is realistic.
