The problem
Registering a group for an event with more than one ticket type on offer runs into a gap in Swoogo’s stock flow: the person signing the group up has no built-in way to see what ticket types exist and assign one to each registrant as part of the same pass.
The approach / solution
Built a ticket-picker widget directly into the client’s Swoogo group-registration page. It surfaces the available ticket types and lets the person running the registration select and assign one per registrant before submitting, all inside Swoogo’s own theme layer and JS-snippet system — no separate ticketing screen to open first.
Outcome / result
The widget runs live on this client’s group-registration page today. Every registrant in a group gets an assigned ticket in the same pass as the rest of their registration, submitted once.
Why it matters for enterprise event-tech
Group registration usually gets bolted onto an individual-attendee flow as an afterthought. Getting ticket assignment right at the group level, in one pass, is a small but real piece of UX a stock registration form doesn’t hand an organizer for free.
