Swoogo automated emails

Confirmation, reminder and follow-up emails, set up and styled. Scheduled campaign sending on request.

What you get

What is included.

This is for event teams that want confirmations, reminders and follow-ups to go out on time and look right, without sending them by hand.

We set up and style the emails in Swoogo, and for invite-only programmes we can add scheduled sending.

  • Confirmation, reminder and follow-up emails set up in Swoogo
  • Email layouts styled to match your brand
  • Autoresponders for common situations
  • Scheduled campaign sending for invite-only programmes, on request
  • Testing with test registrations before real attendees receive anything
  • A short note on what was set up and how to change it

What we did before

Case studies from real projects.

For a Swoogo partner agency, we built scheduled invitation and reminder emails sent through an email provider and tied to an enterprise client’s invite-only guest list.

How it works

Four steps, in plain terms.

  1. 01

You tell us which emails you need

When each one should go out, and to whom.

  2. 02

We set them up and style them

In Swoogo, matched to your brand.

  3. 03

    We test with test registrations

So you see exactly what attendees will see.

  4. 04

We hand over with a short note

What was set up, and how to edit it.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can you send scheduled invitation or reminder emails?

Yes. For invite-only programmes we have set up scheduled sending through an email provider, tied to the guest list, on request.

Do you need access to my Swoogo account?

Usually yes, a user with the right permissions. Please invite us as a user instead of sharing your own password.

Can emails be tested before attendees get them?

Yes. We test with test registrations first, so you can check what attendees will see.
