The problem
Company name. Contact person. Business unit. Interest level. Deal value and timeframe. That’s what one scheduled meeting on this event’s agenda actually needs to carry, and none of it fits inside Swoogo’s stock agenda block. The widget also needed the event’s own brand built in from day one — its own color palette and typography, matched to this specific show.
The approach / solution
- Built a bespoke agenda widget directly inside Swoogo’s own Twig templating system, since Swoogo’s page builder only accepts Twig templates, adding fields for company, contact person, business unit, interest level, and deal value or timeframe against every scheduled meeting.
- Styled the widget to the event’s own brand as a custom theme, built in the same templates as the widget itself. One build, one release.
- Delivered both pieces together so the agenda experience and its look launch — and stay — in sync for this event each year.
Outcome / result
The widget runs live on this event’s microsite. Organizers get a session-by-session read on scheduled meeting activity with deal value and interest level attached to each one, not just a headcount.
Why it matters for enterprise event-tech
A generic conference agenda was never built to hold deal-level detail against a specific time slot. This client gets that detail, styled to its own brand, without stepping outside Swoogo’s own page-builder tools.
