Swoogo event website
A full event site in Swoogo with theme, pages, registration and emails.
What you get
What is included.
This is for event teams running on Swoogo whose builder is not doing what they need. Salim has built on Swoogo almost every day for several years, so there is a good chance something like your problem has been solved already.
We build the whole event site in Swoogo: theme, pages, registration and emails. Page-builder work is built directly within Swoogo’s native Twig templating.
- A custom theme, layouts and styling that go past the builder's defaults
- Event pages: agenda, speakers, sponsors, venue and more
- Registration form and ticket flow set up for your event
- Confirmation, reminder and follow-up emails
- Tracking and analytics wired into the registration pages
- Testing with test registrations before real attendees see anything, and a short handover note
What we did before
Case studies from real projects.
For a Swoogo partner agency, we built a custom registration form for a financial-services client, matched to its own branding and field layout and built entirely inside Swoogo. We built a connected agenda suite where sessions, speaker bios and session details form one browsing path, and a full Google Tag Manager setup for an event company’s registration pages, so real conversion events flow through.

When the Stock Registration Form Isn't Close Enough to a Client's Own Brand
A bespoke event-registration form, matched to one financial-services client's own branding and field layout, built entirely inside Swoogo's page builder.

Three Agenda Widgets, One Path: Session to Speaker to Detail Without a Restart
Sessions, speaker bios, and session details wired together as one browsing path instead of three disconnected pages on a Swoogo event microsite.

Registration Analytics That Track More Than Just Traffic
A full GTM container with custom dataLayer logic underneath it, wired into an event company's Swoogo registration pages so real conversion events flow through.

How it works
Four steps, in plain terms.
01
You tell us what the event needs
What you are trying to do, and a link to the event if it is live.
02
We say what is possible
You hear honestly whether it can be done in Swoogo and how we would do it.
03
You invite us as a user
We build the change and test it on your event. We never need your own password.
04
You check, we adjust, we hand over
With a short note on what changed and where it lives.
FAQ
Common questions.
Can you build things the Swoogo website builder cannot?
Often, yes. With custom JavaScript, CSS and Twig templates we can build session, speaker and sponsor widgets, layouts and behaviour the builder does not offer. Tell us what you need and we will say honestly if it is possible.
Do you need access to my Swoogo account?
Usually yes, a user with the right permissions. Please invite us as a user instead of sharing your own password. We only touch what we agreed on.
Who will actually work on my event?
Salim does the Swoogo development himself. On bigger jobs the team helps with design or extra pages, but you always talk to Salim.
Our event is close. Can you work fast?
Often, yes. Tell us the date when you message. Small fixes can sometimes be done in a day, and we say honestly if the deadline is too tight.
Can you help after the event goes live?
Yes. Several Swoogo clients have worked with us for years. We can do one-off fixes, or agree regular monthly help.
Ready to start?
Order on the platform you already use, or write to us first. Tell us what you need and we will say what is realistic.
