When the Stock Registration Form Isn't Close Enough to a Client's Own Brand

A bespoke event-registration form, matched to one financial-services client's own branding and field layout, built entirely inside Swoogo's page builder.

The problem

Swoogo’s stock registration form covers the standard case: standard fields, standard layout. This financial-services client’s events didn’t fit that mold. Its own field set and its own branding needed to carry through the registration step.

The approach / solution

Built the client’s event-registration form as a single Twig template inside Swoogo’s own page builder, matched to its branding and field layout. Swoogo’s page builder only accepts Twig templates, so that’s where the whole form lives — no separate registration tool sits in front of it.

Outcome / result

This registration form runs in production for the client’s events today. One widget, one job, done to the client’s own spec instead of Swoogo’s default.

Why it matters for enterprise event-tech

Not every client needs a dozen custom widgets. Some need exactly one thing done right — a registration form that looks and behaves like their event, not like a template. That’s still real platform-native engineering, just scoped small.
