Exhibitor and group registration tools

Group sign-up, ticket pickers, booth maps, seating and exhibitor workflows on top of Swoogo.

What you get

What is included.

This is for trade-show and conference teams with registration needs that a standard form does not handle: exhibitors who choose booths, groups that sign up together, seating plans.

We build these tools on top of Swoogo and tie them to live registration data.

  • Group registration, where one person registers and assigns a ticket to each member
  • Exhibitor paths: document uploads, booth assignment and paid add-ons
  • An interactive booth map on the registration form
  • Seating and table management tied to live registration data
  • Committee and delegate management, with reporting
  • Testing with test registrations and a short handover note

What we did before

Case studies from real projects.

For a Swoogo partner agency, we built a ticket picker for group registration, a dedicated exhibitor path with document uploads, booth assignment and paid add-ons, and an interactive booth map on a registration form for a trade-show client. We also built an interactive seating and table system for a conference client, booth-visit heatmaps and a committee and delegate management tool for associations, and a live activity wall for trade-show attendees. For one client we built a standalone ticketing front end outside Swoogo.

Picking a Booth Should Be a Click, Not an Email Chain

Exhibitors pick their booth by clicking a live floor plan on the registration form itself, built directly inside Swoogo for a trade-show and logistics client.

When Ticketing Needed Its Own Front End, Outside Swoogo Entirely

A dedicated ticketing interface, built and hosted outside Swoogo entirely, running directly off one client's account on a 33-tenant Swoogo event-admin platform.

How it works

Four steps, in plain terms.

  1. 01

You describe who registers and how

Groups, exhibitors, delegates, and what each of them needs to choose.

  2. 02

    We say what is possible

You hear honestly how we would build it on top of Swoogo.

  3. 03

We build and test with test registrations

Including the awkward cases, like a group that changes size.

  4. 04

We hand over with a short note

What was built and where it lives.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can exhibitors pick their booth on the form?

Yes. We have built a clickable floor plan inside the registration form, so exhibitors choose their booth as they register.

Can one person register a whole group?

Yes. A ticket-picker widget lets the person registering assign a ticket type to each member of the group in one pass.

Can the tool live outside Swoogo?

Sometimes. For one client we built a ticketing front end hosted outside Swoogo, running off the client's account.
