Swoogo CRM and API integrations

One-way or two-way sync between Swoogo and your CRM, student system, AMS or other API.

What you get

What is included.

This is for event teams that re-enter registration data by hand, or whose CRM, student system or membership system is out of step with Swoogo.

We build the sync, agree the field mapping with you, and add logs so failures show up.

  • Sync of registrations into your CRM, student system or association management system
  • Two-way sync where the other system needs to send data back to Swoogo
  • Field-by-field mapping that you can read and approve
  • Logs and error alerts, so a failed record does not go unnoticed
  • Testing with test registrations before real data moves
  • A short handover note

What we did before

Case studies from real projects.

For a Swoogo partner agency, we built a Salesforce-synced registration flow for a flagship conference, and later gave that client its own portal without duplicating the sync. We connected a university’s registrations to its MS Dynamics CRM and to its Banner student information system, field by field. We built a two-way sync with an association’s NetForum system, and invitation lists synced continuously from Workday HR data with a live view of the sync job. We also built a student task list that appears inside a Swoogo registration page, and a real-time webhook feed to an exhibitor-engagement platform.

One Salesforce Sync, Two Portals: Rebuilding Access Without Rebuilding the Integration

We built an enterprise client's Salesforce sync, embedded within a Swoogo agency, then gave the client its own portal without duplicating that sync.

How it works

Four steps, in plain terms.

  1. 01

You tell us what should sync

Which system, which fields and which direction.

  2. 02

    We check both APIs

And agree the field mapping in a simple sheet you can read.

  3. 03

We build and test with test registrations

So you see records land in the other system before real data moves.

  4. 04

We add logs and hand over

So your team can see what was sent and when.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can you connect Swoogo to our CRM or another tool?

Most likely. If the tool has an API or webhooks, we can connect it one way or both ways. For bigger syncs we build a small middleware with a dashboard and logs, so your team can see what happened.

Which systems have you connected before?

Salesforce, MS Dynamics, a Banner student information system, NetForum, Workday and others. Send us the name of yours and we will check what its API allows.

Do you need access to my Swoogo account?

Usually yes, a user with the right permissions, plus API access or a test account for the other tool. Please invite us instead of sharing your own password.

Can you work on an integration someone else started?

Yes. We read through it first and tell you honestly what to keep.

Ready to start?

Order on the platform you already use, or write to us first. Tell us what you need and we will say what is realistic.
