A File-Sync Pipeline Between Swoogo and the Client's Own S3 Storage

An AWS S3 file-sync pipeline that keeps event-related files current between one enterprise client's own storage and their Swoogo account.

The problem

This client keeps its own copy of event-related files — documents, assets, whatever an internal event program accumulates — in its own AWS S3 storage, separate from Swoogo. Left alone, the two copies drift. A file gets updated in one place and nobody remembers to update the other.

The approach / solution

Built a sync pipeline that keeps files current between the client’s S3 storage and their Swoogo account, running on its own schedule so neither side needs a person re-uploading files by hand.

Outcome / result

The pipeline runs in production, keeping this client’s event files in step across both systems.

Why it matters for enterprise event-tech

Enterprise clients already have their own storage and file-governance practices before they ever touch an event platform. A sync pipeline that works with that setup, instead of asking the client to abandon it, is what makes the integration usable for their IT team.
