Swoogo middleware and admin dashboard
A small app between Swoogo and your other tools, with setup screens, run logs and error alerts.
What you get
What is included.
This is for agencies and event teams running several integrations, or several client accounts, who need one place to set them up, watch them and fix them.
We build the middleware and its dashboard, with logs and alerts.
- A small app that sits between Swoogo and your other tools
- Setup screens, so your team can manage integrations without a developer
- Run logs that show what was sent and when
- Error alerts, so a failed job does not go unnoticed
- Separate settings and data for each client account, where you run several
- A handover document
What we did before
Case studies from real projects.
For a Swoogo partner agency, we built and kept running an admin platform that serves 33 client accounts, kept live around the clock by a custom session-automation engine. We then built a second platform for five university-group accounts, with a separate PostgreSQL database for each. Related work includes a student task feed shown inside a Swoogo registration page, an invitation-list sync from Workday with a live view of the sync job, and booth-visit heatmaps for one association’s account.

A 33-Tenant Swoogo Event-Admin Platform Kept Alive by a Home-Grown Session-Automation Engine
How a 33-client Swoogo event-admin platform stays live 24/7 via a custom Puppeteer session-automation engine built to get around the platform's own API limits.

How it works
Four steps, in plain terms.
01
You describe the accounts and the tools
Which Swoogo accounts, which other systems and who on your team manages them.
02
We design the data and the screens
Including how each account's data is kept apart.
03
We build and test in small steps
You can try each integration before the next one starts.
04
Deploy and hand over
With logs, alerts and a handover document.
FAQ
Common questions.
Do I need a dashboard, or just an integration?
For one simple sync, an integration is enough. Once you have several integrations or several accounts, a dashboard with logs saves your team a lot of guessing.
Can it handle many Swoogo accounts?
Yes. We have built platforms that serve 33 client accounts, and another with a separate database for each client.
Who owns the code?
You do. Work happens in a repo on your account, with a handover document.
