The problem

An invite-only program still needs invitations, reminders, and follow-ups sent out. Somebody on the client’s team shouldn’t have to remember to trigger each one by hand as an event date approaches.

The approach / solution

Built a scheduled SendGrid campaign system tied to this client’s own guest-list data in Swoogo. Campaigns queue against a set schedule ahead of each event and go out automatically, pulling recipients straight from the same invitation list the Workday sync keeps current.

Outcome / result

Invitation and reminder campaigns for this client run on schedule today, sent through SendGrid, with no manual triggering required for each event.

Why it matters for enterprise event-tech

A scheduled campaign system is a small piece next to CRM sync or seating logistics. It’s also the piece that actually gets an invitation in front of the right person on time, without relying on someone remembering to hit send.
