Backend, API and integrations
A backend API, or a link between your app and other systems, with webhooks and sync jobs.
What you get
What is included.
This is for teams that have an app and a set of other tools and need them to work together. It also suits anyone with a front end that looks right but has no real backend behind it.
We build the API, the webhooks and the sync jobs, test each connection end to end, and add logs and alerts so failures do not go unnoticed.
- A backend API with login, user roles and a proper database
- Integrations with payments, email, CRMs and other third-party APIs
- Webhooks that catch events and send them where they belong
- Scheduled sync jobs, with logs so you can see what ran
- A real backend for a front end made with Lovable, Bolt or v0
- Tests on the main flows and a short handover note
What we did before
Case studies from real projects.
For a Swoogo partner agency, we built a pipeline that turns a raw company list into a ready-to-import prospect list using a third-party search API. We also wrote a batch tool that loads hundreds of registrant photos into an event platform in one pass, a file-sync pipeline between an enterprise client’s cloud storage and its event account, and a live activity feed for trade-show attendees. The largest piece was a 33-account admin platform that runs around the clock.

A 33-Tenant Swoogo Event-Admin Platform Kept Alive by a Home-Grown Session-Automation Engine
How a 33-client Swoogo event-admin platform stays live 24/7 via a custom Puppeteer session-automation engine built to get around the platform's own API limits.

How it works
Four steps, in plain terms.
01
You tell us what has to talk to what
Which systems are involved, what should move between them, and what should happen when something fails.
02
We check the APIs
We read what each side allows and tell you honestly what will work cleanly and what needs a decision.
03
We build and test in small steps
Each connection is tested end to end before we move on to the next.
04
Deploy and hand over
We deploy, set up logs and alerts, and write down where everything lives.
FAQ
Common questions.
Can you connect our app to a tool that has an API?
Most likely. If the tool has an API or webhooks, we can connect it one way or both ways. For bigger syncs we build a small middleware with logs, so your team can see what happened.
Can you build a backend for my Lovable or Bolt front end?
Yes. We keep the parts of your front end that work, add a real database, login and access rules, and connect them. Data that lives in the browser or in an open database gets moved somewhere safe.
What do you need from us?
API access or a test account for each tool, and a clear description of what should happen. Please invite us as a user instead of sharing your own password.
Who owns the code?
You do. Work happens in a repo on your account, with a short note on how to run and deploy it.
