The problem
A registrant booked into five or six one-to-one meetings across this event’s agenda had no way to see just those meetings. Everything sat inside the same full schedule as everyone else’s.
The approach / solution
- Built a JavaScript snippet running on the event microsite, inside Swoogo’s own Twig templating, that filters the full meeting schedule down to the meetings one registrant is actually booked into.
- Surfaced as a personal view a registrant can open on the microsite itself, no separate login or tool required.
Outcome / result
The snippet runs live on the event’s microsite, giving each registrant a personal read pinned to their own schedule instead of the full agenda.
Why it matters for enterprise event-tech
A registrant juggling several scheduled meetings shouldn’t have to scan an entire event agenda to find their own three or four. It’s a small feature next to the agenda widget it sits alongside, but it’s the piece that makes the schedule work for one person at a time, not just the room as a whole.
