The problem
A structured product catalog. Credible uptime and reliability numbers. A believable “we’ve shipped this platform ourselves” story. Those are the things an enterprise event-tech buyer actually checks for when sizing up a partner agency, well past a logo wall of past clients. This is the public marketing and product site for a certified partner agency built entirely around the Swoogo event-management platform, an agency that builds custom integrations, reusable modules, and enterprise software on top of Swoogo for corporate and association event teams. The site had two jobs to do: sell that platform expertise to enterprise buyers, and show the real catalog behind it — dozens of reusable products plus a proprietary lead-capture application built for event registration workflows.
The approach / solution
- Built the site on Nuxt 3, Tailwind, and TypeScript, with a Strapi CMS backend so the agency’s own team can keep the product catalog and client-facing content current without touching code.
- The catalog lists dozens of reusable products the agency builds on top of Swoogo, plus its proprietary lead-capture application for event registration workflows: real, specific entries, each one an actual shipped thing.
- The rest of the site leans on enterprise credibility markers — an enterprise client roster, a stated uptime figure across client deployments, and a “we’ve shipped this platform ourselves” thread running through the copy, aimed at a buyer who’s seen generic agency marketing before and wasn’t convinced by it.
Outcome / result
As of the most recent check, the site was still live and current — the copyright notice ran through 2026, the product catalog was intact, and the enterprise client roster and uptime figure were both still posted. That currency matters more here than on most projects in this portfolio: this site is the public face of a Swoogo-partner agency’s own platform business, built by the same team that pitches that expertise to buyers, and the same team behind the deeper Swoogo integration and theme-customization work covered in the companion case studies.
Why it matters for enterprise event-tech
A live agency platform site, built around Swoogo, showing a real product catalog and enterprise credibility signals — that’s about as directly on-theme as evidence gets for an “Event-Tech Architect” positioning. It’s a public, linkable site for a real Swoogo Certified Partner agency, the market-facing surface of the same platform depth shown in the integration and theme-customization case studies. Nothing else in the portfolio ties the whole event-tech story together this directly.
