Monthly developer

Remote full stack developer, by the month

A set number of hours each month in your stack and tools, with updates and a monthly timesheet.

What you get

What is included.

This is for teams with steady development work who do not want to hire full time. You get the same person every week, who knows your code and your product, instead of explaining everything again to a new freelancer each time.

You talk directly to the developer doing the work, with no account manager in between. If the work grows, more developers and a designer can join, with the same contact. The stack is mostly TypeScript, Node or Bun, SvelteKit, Next.js or Nuxt and Postgres, but we work in yours if it is different.

  • New features and modules in your web app
  • Bug fixes, upgrades and keeping dependencies up to date
  • Backends, APIs, dashboards and integrations
  • Deploys, hosting and small DevOps tasks
  • Finishing or cleaning up code made with AI tools
  • Short updates on what is done and what is next, and a timesheet at the end of the month

How it works

Four steps, in plain terms.

  1. 01

    Start small

We usually begin with one task, so you can see how we work before committing to a month.

  2. 02

    Agree the hours

We set the hours for the month. You can change them from month to month.

  3. 03

    Work in your tools

Salim joins your repo, task board and chat, and works from your priorities.

  4. 04

    Stay in the loop

You get short updates, and a timesheet at the end of the month.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can I change the hours from month to month?

Yes. Tell us before the new month starts and we adjust.

Can we try it first?

Yes. Most clients start with one small task. If it goes well, we move to monthly hours.

What time zone are you in?

Dhaka, Bangladesh (GMT+6). We keep a few hours of overlap with your working day for calls and quick questions.

Will someone else do the work?

No. Salim does the work himself and you talk to him directly. If you need more hands, the small team can join, and Salim stays your contact.

Who owns the code?

You do. Everything goes into your repo and your accounts.
